Health Guarantee

Isom Pets offers a 1-year guarantee on any hereditary health problem.  If a problem should arise, buyer shall provide seller with written explanation from a licensed veterinarian as to the nature of the problem.  We reserve the right to talk to the veterinarian who did the exam, and possibly require a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice.  If the problem proves to be genetic, we will replace the dog at our expense, or reimburse buyer for medical costs UP TO the purchase price of the dog.  Medical costs for any follow up examinations will be reimbursed ONLY IF we were notified after the initial examination and were aware there would be additional examinations needed, again only up to a total of the purchase price of the puppy.  This guarantee will not cover any conditions which the buyer was made aware of at the time of the sale.  Although we can tell you the size of the parents, we do not guarantee what size the puppy will be when he/she grows up.
